During the check-in process, families can:

• Verify and update household and demographic information
• Add or update emergency contacts
• Review and update student health information
• Ensure all records are current and accurate

Completing online check-in helps us maintain accurate information and ensures your student is ready for a successful start to the school year.

To ensure we have accurate information for your family, please review and update the following items during online check-in:

Parent/Guardian Phone Numbers

• Verify that all parent/guardian phone numbers are current and correct.

Parent/Guardian Email Addresses

• All school communications are sent to the email addresses listed in Infinite Campus.
• Each parent/guardian must have a unique, valid email address in order to participate in Stargate elections.
• Please review and update email addresses as needed.

Parent/Guardian Physical Address

• If your address has changed, you must complete the Adams 12 Household Change Form and provide one proof of residency showing your new address.
• Proof of residency acceptable documents include a current utility bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, or declaration of residence.
• Additional information is available on the Adams 12 website.

Emergency Contacts

• Emergency contacts are individuals the school will contact if a parent or guardian cannot be reached during an emergency.
• Emergency contacts are not automatically authorized to pick up students during the school day.

Student Pick-Up Authorization

• If someone other than a parent or guardian may pick up your student during the school day, a Student Pick-Up Authorization Form must be completed and submitted during registration.
• This form must be renewed each school year.
• Once submitted, it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to provide an updated form whenever changes are needed.

The District has transitioned from the PayForIt platform to PaySchools for all student fee payments

You should be able to log in to PaySchools using your existing PayForIt credentials. If you did not previously have a PayForIt account, you will need to create a new PaySchools account. We have included easy to follow instructions on how to set up an account.   

Most of your account information will transfer automatically; however, your saved credit card information will not transfer. Before making a payment, you will need to enter and save your payment information in PaySchools. DO NOT select the ACH option for payment. The District has this option disabled.

Annual school fees have been added to your student’s account and they will be due by August 11th.  Course specific fees will be added once school begins.    

The free and reduced benefit process is handled through the Lunch Program process:

• • Families who fill out the form MAY qualify to receive discounted school fees, class materials, bus passes, utilities support and more.
  • If your family qualifies for free/reduced benefits, you must self-report to Stargate directly. Please email the qualification letter to: [email protected]
  • Please complete the CharterChoice (SFA) Combination Form
  • DO NOT complete the District form for free/reduced benefits unless you have a student at another District school.

• We need new forms EVERY school year.  Forms can be found on the Stargate Health Services web page.  
• Dose time ranges work better than specific times, when possible, to avoid missed class time daily
• Some grades and extracurriculars have overnight field trips.  If your student has an overnight field trip, please review the overnight medication information on the Stargate Health Services web page. 
• EVERY medication requires Adams 12 forms for Physician's orders, even over-the counter. Forms can be found on the Stargate Health Services web page.  
• Starting in Middle School, students can self-carry medications that are NOT controlled substances.  Please complete a Self-Carry Contract form in addition to the Physician's orders.  Forms can be found on the Stargate Health Services web page.
• Please check that your student is up to date on Immunizations/Exemptions.  Remember, 6th graders need a Tdap vaccination or exemption. 
• Double check expiration dates before you buy medications.
•  If you child is in a club or sport (Secondary), please consider having them self-carry their medication.  If they self-carry, please complete the necessary forms available on the Stargate Health Services web page.  

• July 30 - schedules released via Infinite Campus to families who had completed the online check-in process
• August 18- deadline to submit schedule change requests
